Learning technology has been the common thread.

I'm a product manager and learning technology specialist with a background that sits somewhere between instructional design, enterprise software, and the systems that connect the two.

I've spent years working with subject-matter experts, software users, developers, QA teams, and organizational leaders to turn complicated products and processes into something people can understand and use.

My work has included enterprise software training, SCORM development, LMS administration, certification programs, government training, healthcare environments, product management, integrations, and large-scale learning platform projects.

One of the projects I'm particularly proud of was helping lead the transition of a large enterprise learning environment from Totara to Moodle Workplace. The work involved users, organizations, courses, enrollment structures, automation, and the operational realities of running a learning platform at scale.

I also hold a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University. That technical background influences how I approach learning projects: I think about the content, but I also think about the platform, the workflow, the data, and what happens after the course is delivered.

Snow Learning Solutions grew out of that combination of experience. The goal isn't to make training for its own sake. It's to make learning useful.
